Vacancy: Inhouse sales coördinator (24-32 u)

Role and responsibilities
A day at Koeka's office never looks the same for our in-house sales team! Together with your colleagues, you'll be responsible for the entire order-to-cash flow process (entering orders, handling deliveries, and invoicing). Additionally, you'll be the primary point of contact for all our customers. It's crucial that the sales team out in the field is supported so they can focus on actual sales. Your proactive attitude is therefore of great importance!
In addition to processing orders from our own webshop in our ERP system, you'll also handle orders received from platforms like Bol.com, Wehkamp, and Amazon on a daily basis. You'll respond to customer inquiries from all these channels. If necessary, you won't hesitate to contact the customer directly to resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as possible. Close collaboration with our Marketing and Sales colleagues and external warehouse is essential for all these tasks.
Moreover, you'll undertake some office manager tasks, being the point of contact and coordinator for all activities necessary to keep our brand-new office running smoothly.
You set clear priorities and are detail-oriented. You work in an orderly and systematic manner, identify problems, see connections, draw sound conclusions, and assess the consequences. In short, you're excellent at planning and organizing and are results-oriented.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management
- Good command of the English language and preferably also German
- Customer-oriented and administratively skilled
- Team player, meticulous, and service-oriented
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus
