Netherlands: At Koeka, we always do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives within 7 working days (with a statutory extension of 30 days). If circumstances prevent this, we will definitely contact you to let you know.
Within Europe: At Koeka, we always do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives within 14 working days (with a statutory extension of 30 days). If circumstances prevent this, we will contact you of course to let you know.
Outside Europe: At Koeka, we always do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives within 30 working days (with a statutory extension of 60 days). If circumstances prevent this, we will definitely contact you to let you know.
Three attempts will be made to deliver your package and it may well be the case that you still are not at home. Each time an attempt is made to deliver the package, our carrier will leave a note. If it still has not been delivered on the third attempt, UPS and DHL will take your package to the nearest collection point, where it will be held for three weeks for you to come and collect it. If it is still uncollected after three weeks, it will be returned to sender. Packages from Koeka must always be signed for upon delivery.
Postage and packing costs
Koeka charges postage and packing for every order and different rates apply for each country. The postage and packing costs are clearly displayed on the Payments page of the Webshop. For further information about postage and packing charges, please contact our Customer service department. The minimum cost of delivery will be €4.95 (to addresses in the Netherlands, when an order has a minimum amount up to € 50,-).
Having your order delivered to a different address
You can opt for your order to be delivered to a different address. This is a useful option if you are sending an item as a gift or if you wish to have it delivered to you at your place of work. During the final stage of your order, you will be able to specify a delivery address that is different to the billing address. Even if you use an alternative delivery address, the package must still be signed for.
Sending your order as a gift
You can also have your order wrapped and sent as a gift. If you have your order packed as a gift and delivered to the recipient, no invoice will be enclosed and the price labels will be removed from the items. You will then receive the invoice by e-mail. Important: The gift-wrapping option applies to your entire order! It is not possible to select whether each individual item must be gift-wrapped (or not). The items will be packed individually, of course. Gift wrapping for multi-item orders costs €1.95 per order.
What if the package is delivered damaged?
Koeka only uses carefully selected carriers. From time to time, however, a package may still be delivered damaged. Our recommendation is to ask the carrier to make a note of this. You should also report this to the carrier that delivered the package to you. Please let our Customer service department know as well.
Koeka will regard the date that the carrier delivered the product as the date it was received.
