Secure ordering and payment
Ordering from Koeka is entirely secure. Payment is made via Ogone, which is a secure weblink. Your privacy is protected at all times and your details will never be passed to third parties. You can choose the method of payment you wish to use. Secure payments can be made by credit card using the ‘Verified by Visa' system, by MasterCard or Maestro with 3D Securecode’.
Payment methods
You can pay for your on-line purchases in a number of different ways:
- iDeal - payment is quick and easy via your own bank (only within the Netherlands)
- Paypal

- Maestro
- American Express
- Giropay (only within Germany)
- Sofortüberweisung (only within Germany)
Paying using iDeal
At the Koeka webshop, customers in the Netherlands can pay using the iDeal system. This will involve you paying via the trusted internet banking environment provided by your own bank. You will be asked to go through the same steps that will be familiar to you from internet banking. The benefit of this is that the payment, together with all of the details, will already be on screen. This makes paying for your order very easy and your payment will be subject to the same (stringent) security requirements used by your bank.
Credit card payments
You can pay for your goods using one of the following types of credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. In order to protect your card details, all of your details will be sent in encrypted form via SSL servers. That way, they will be secure and cannot be accessed by third parties. What is more, the Koeka webshop will only take payments using a SecureCode. This provides additional security for you. If you do not have a SecureCode, you will be linked automatically to your own bank. You can then activate your SecureCode on a one-off basis, before completing your order and payment.
Payment
When you place an order, we always ask you to pay in advance using one of the payment methods listed on the Payments page. Your order will not be sent until your payment has been received. If you cancel your order after payment has been made, Koeka will cancel your order within its own systems. Your order will also be cancelled if Koeka is informed that your bank has withheld payment.
Cancelled items
We continually monitor our on-line range with the greatest possible care. The delivery of our products depends upon a number of factors, however. Unfortunately, it can happen in exceptional cases that whilst an order is being processed, it turns out that a product is no longer in stock. If that happens, the purchase price of that item, including the postage and packing costs, will be credited to you.
