How to Order

Once you have selected an item, you need to choose the size, colour and quantity you require. All you need to do then is to click once with your mouse to add the item to your basket. Important: putting an item into your basket doesn’t mean that you have reserved that item. Only once you have paid for your item will you be guaranteed to receive it.

Once you have finished shopping, simply click on your basket at the top right of the screen. You will then see details of your total order. At this stage, it is still perfectly possible to add, change or remove items. Once you are happy with your order, click on 'Order'. You will then be asked to complete your order.

You will be taken to the Payments page. Returning customers can log in using their e-mail address and log in code. If you are a new customer and have not yet registered, you can create an account at this stage. In order to guarantee your security, everyone must first register their details under ‘My Account’. Once you have filled in the entire form with the correct details, you can continue with your order.

You can also ask for your order to be sent as a present and have it gift-wrapped. You can select this option in Step 1 of the payment process. Important: The gift-wrapping option applies to your entire order! It isn’t possible to select whether each individual item must be gift-wrapped or not. The items will be packed individually, of course. Gift-wrapping costs €1.95 per order.

You then need to indicate where you would like to your order to be sent and how you intend to pay. We will confirm your order by e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail from our carrier once your order has been dispatched. That e-mail will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery.

Items not in stock: 

If a particular colour of an item is not in stock, you will see a red square with the message "temporarily not in stock, can be ordered". If an item is not in stock, you can choose one of the following options.

1.  You can order the product and will receive it once it is back in stock at Koeka. The benefit of this is that you will be
guaranteed to receive the product once it is back in stock.

2.     You do not order the product, but request an e-mail update once it is back in stock.

3.     You can add the item to your wishlist and order it yourself at some other time.

4.     You continue with your order and can look for an alternative product in the Koeka webshop.

You have paid for an item, but it is not available:

We monitor our on-line range with the greatest possible care. The delivery of our products depends upon a number of factors, however. Unfortunately, it can happen in exceptional cases that a product is ordered but is not in stock. If that happens, the purchase price of that item, including the postage and packing costs, will be credited to you.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, we kindly request that you do this within 24 hours. You can cancel an order via our Customer service department.

Special offers and prices: 

Special offers shall apply while stocks last. No prices will be increased, unless statutory measures so require. Koeka shall not be bound by an offer if this appears due to a obvious error on its website

Postage and packing costs

Koeka charges postage and packing for every order and different rates apply for each country. The postage and packing costs are clearly displayed before you proceed to the Payments page. They are clearly stated in Stage 1 of the ordering process. For further information about postage and packing charges, please contact our Customer service department. The minimum cost of delivery will be €4.95 (to addresses in the Netherlands).
